Lemore Homes Limited is a privately owned Nigerian and Australian Real Estate Company. Formed in 2015 to engage in the acquisition, development and management of properties in a bid to play a major role in filling the housing deficit across Nigeria, as indicated in recent World Bank research.
Lemore Homes Limited was established in collaboration with investors, professionals and entrepreneurs in their chosen fields, with good reputations and integrity in Nigeria and Australia. For example, our local Building Contractors and Engineers, Kundol Nigeria Limited , has over 22 years industry's experience, building over 180 Residential houses and Hotels to date . Our offshore partner and Technical Director, Mr Rowan Wright, has also been operating for over 30 years, building more than 70 houses worth AUD$50m in Australia to date.
Our goal is to build the best projects at the most economical prices for Nigeria based residents, as well as for Nigerians in the global diaspora.
This goal has been demonstrated in our current building project, Lemore Court - 31 Units of semi-detached terraced apartments, designed to be fully finished internally and externally to become a buyers dream.

Olumuyiwa Adeniyi
Olumuyiwa Adeniyi is an entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful business development and management, having developed a Waste and Environmental Management business from scratch into being a leading business within the Waste and Environmental Management industry today. He is also a principal promoter of Lemore Homes and is passionate in his quest to fill the housing deficit gap in Nigeria.
Olumuyiwa has over 25 years’ work and business management experience which spans the private and public sectors in Nigeria and Australia. He has qualifications in Business, Finance and Environmental Management.
As Managing Director, he leads Lemore Homes as another feather in his cap, and is committed to delivering quality Homes across Nigeria.
Technical Director
Rowan Wright
Rowan Wright is a professional builder with more than 30 years of experience in building residential homes in Australia and New Zealand. He is the founder and Managing Director of Discovery Building Contractors Pty Limited, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Over the years, his company has built over 70 quality homes and completed extensive renovation projects worth AUD$50m in Australia. Rowan has also won both Regional and State Master Building Awards in Queensland, Australia, and has been a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association for over 17 years.
In his capacity as Technical Director , Rowan brings his wealth of building industry experience and skills to provide technical advice, project supervision, better use of offshore building materials, sourcing and other innovative investment approaches which will ensure quality outcomes by Lemore Homes.
